To honor the composer Benjamin Britten and to celebrate the 100 years since he was born, Hannah Holgersson will sing and perform his music during several concerts in May and June! Most welcome to enjoy his masterpieces On this Island, Les Illuminations, Rejoice in the Lamb, among others.

Bach Celebration
...in March!
Johann Sebastian Bach
During the month of March Hannah will perform the solo parts for soprano in the B minor Mass and the St John Passion, both composed by Johann Sebastian Bach.
You can listen to these concerts in Storkyrkan (Old Town, Stockholm), in Prato (Italy), in Sundbyberg Church (Stockholm), in S:t Matteus Church and in Essinge Church. Most welcome!

Ave Maria by Franz Schubert
Ave Maria by Giulio Caccini
New arrangements of Bach/Gounod and Caccini are made and engineered by Joakim Holgersson. Joakim is also co-producer along with Hannah Holgersson.
The Ave Maria by Schubert is recorded in the original setting for voice and piano. Henrik Måwe is a guest pianist for this track.
Photos are taken by Bengt Jägerskog.
The art direction is made by Ulrika Tjernström.

New recording
...for Christmas!
A new single is on its way! Hannah is doing a co-production with the pianist and producer Joakim Holgersson and the music will be released in time for the Christmas tour 2012 "Christmas with friends". Hannah in Opening Ceremony of Emporia
Scandinavia's leading shopping centre!
The 25th of October is the premier of Emporia (in Hyllie, Malmö); a unique, contemporary shopping experience in an exceptional achitectural setting made by Gert Wingårdh! Hannah Holgersson will be a part of the opening ceremony with music especially composed for Emporia by Josef Rhedin!

First performance of Songs of Solomona
Love with an open mind!
During the Stockholm Culture Night the "Songs of Solomona" by the composer Kjell Perder will be performed for the very first time! Hannah Holgersson will be doing this love duet together with the mezzo soprano Tove Dahlberg, the Stockholm String Ensemble and conductor Kim Malmquist.
Music by Benjamin Britten, Aaron Copland, Peter Tjajkovskij and Jan Wallgren will also be represented during the concert.
Stockholm Culture Night, the Gustaf Vasa Church the 21st of April at 19.00.

Hannah on Christmas Tour 2012
...Måns Zelmerlöw and friends!
The annual Christmas tour "Julkonserten" is this year called "Christmas with friends" and it's Måns Zelmerlöw who will bring his friends on tour. These friends are, except from the 15 musicians in the Robin Svensson Big Band, Hannah Holgersson, Hanna Lindblad, Anna Nilsson!
From the 22nd of November until the 22nd of December the tour will visit 26 cities from the north of Sweden to the south! With 15 musicians and such various artists the tour is unique and the only one of it's kind the coming Christmas season!
