New music

...for Love with an open mind!

During the past week I have been rehearsing and focussing on a newly written piece by the composer Kjell Perder. He has put music to lyrics of the Songs of Solomona from the Bible. The piece is made as a duet between soprano and mezzo soprano accompanied by a string ensemble.

The first performance will be on Saturday night, the 21st of April at 19.00 in the Gustaf Vasa Church, Stockholm, during the Stockholm Culture Night.

The concert will also include music by Tjajkovskij, Britten, Copland, among others. I will perform some movements from Les Illuminations by Benjamin Britten.
